These terms regulate the use of the services offered by Fomo, both in its mobile application and on the event publishing web platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Fomo.

  • I. Terms of Use of the Fomo Application

    • 1. What is Fomo?

      Fomo is a mobile application for iOS and Android that allows you to discover nearby plans and events, filter them according to your tastes, and create your own personalized list of plans. It is a tool designed to easily find out what to do with friends and not miss anything interesting.

    • 2. Use of the application

      The use of the app is allowed for people over 14 years old. If you are a minor, make sure you have permission from your parents or legal guardians.

    • 3. Account and access

      Currently, Fomo does not require authentication for its basic use. The data you may provide (for example, if you use a code to publish events) will be subject to our Privacy Policy.

    • 4. Third-party content

      Fomo is fed by events published by users, businesses, or the Fomo team. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of all events. If you detect incorrect information, you can write to us at support@fomoeventos.es.

    • 5. Intellectual property

      All visual and textual content of the app (except events published by users) is owned by Fomo. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse this content without permission.

    • 6. Responsibilities

      Fomo is not responsible for the cancellation, modification, or any incident related to the published events. The app is an informational channel, not an event organizer.

  • II. Terms of use for the event publishing website

    • 1. What does the website offer?

      From the official Fomo website you can:

      • Consult information about how the app works.
      • Contact the Fomo team to publish your events.
      • Obtain a code to publish your own events through a form.

    • 2. Conditions for publishing events

      To publish your events:

      • A valid email address is required.
      • You are entitled to 5 free events per month.
      • If you wish, you can purchase more events through packs or single units, and also highlight events at an additional cost.
      • Purchases are managed through Stripe. See details in our Privacy Policy.

    • 3. Event validation

      The events published go through an automatic and manual review system to avoid duplicates, errors, or inappropriate content. Fomo reserves the right to reject or modify the information of an event if it does not meet the established criteria.

    • 4. Event deletion or modification

      To modify or delete a published event, you must write to the support email provided on the website, clearly indicating your request and the event in question.

    • 5. Prohibitions

      It is not allowed:

      • Publishing events with illegal, offensive, or discriminatory content.
      • Using the platform for commercial purposes not related to event promotion.
      • Using other users' codes or falsifying information.

  • III. Changes to terms and conditions

    We reserve the right to modify these terms. If we make substantial changes, we will notify on the website and in the app. The date of the last update will always be visible.
